Current Position: Sales and Interior Design

•Liaise on a daily basis with both client and supplier to develop strong relationships and encourage good communications.

•Client briefing: Meet with client and establish their design specification and requirements, providing advice accordingly.

•Project management: Frequently manage own and assist on large scale design projects for show apartments and domestic schemes. Duties involve on site visits to obtain measurements and conduct client briefings, project development and complete with final merchandising and dressing. In the showroom manage own schemes, prepare scale drawings, encourage in-store demonstrations, compile quotations, liaise with the client and organise samples as required.

•Customer Service: Deal efficiently with any customer enquiries for example, negotiate despatch and delivery dates, deal with any technical or product enquiries and diffuse any customer grievances following delivery of unsatisfactory or incorrect goods (often involving provision of after-sales care).

•Merchandising: Co-ordinate in-store merchandising ensuring the showroom display is to an excellent standard at all times, exhibiting a broad range of product samples. Guarantee all displays are aesthetically pleasing and attractive to in store and window shoppers.

•Select products for display and traffic merchandise coming into and out of the showroom, including organisation of annual stock take and analysis of sales figures to establish whether a product warrants display status.

•Administrative skills: Manage all customer orders, from concept through to delivery including raising purchase orders, invoicing and billing.

•Marketing: compile and distribute product information to target audiences and organise promotional events.
