•Customer Service: Deal with customer enquiries in store and through telephone conversations, preparing quotations, providing correct technical information and offering advice accordingly. Keeping the customer informed of any developments and delays, maintaining good communications with clients. First point of contact for any grievances or after sales care, ensuring that the relevant people are informed.

•Liaise on a daily basis with colleagues at head office and the depot to ensure good communications.

•Targets: Making sure that personal and shop targets are met, by ensuring good customer service, making sure that all enquiries are followed up, new customers are approached and given helpful and correct information, maintaining that the database kept up to date for future promotional events.

•Retail: Liaise with other stores locating stock and organising stock movements for own customer orders. Ensuring that the showroom is clean and tidy, organising that point of sale information is correct and up to date.
